Sales Tax

Inspired Solutions, Inc. is required to collect and report sales tax in Washington state.

Shipping

Orders are shipped quickly, often the same day or the next day.  If you need to make any changes to your order, please call us immediately at 509-838-1228.

We make every effort to keep the web inventory updated daily, but we can’t always guarantee an item’s availability.  If an item is out of stock, we will call or email you and let you know.  Out of stock items can often be ordered for you, and we will let you know how soon we can get them in. 


Return & Exchange Policy

 All messages will be returned on or before the next business day.

 Product Exchanges

We will gladly exchange an item as long as it has not been used, worn, washed, or altered, and has the original tags attached and in its original packaging and condition.  If you need a different size or color of the item you purchased, please call or email us with your request, along with your original order number.  When we receive your request, we will charge your card for the new item as soon as it ships out and we will issue a refund for the item you are returning as soon as we receive it.  Please remember, some of our items are one of a kind or specialty seasonal and not re-orderable, we cannot guarantee that the item size or color you want will be available.  Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to make an exchange and we will do our best to accommodate you.  Log onto your account and choose the 'Return items" button on your order page.

Product Returns

We pride ourselves in the products we carry, and want you to be thrilled with your purchase from Inspired Solutions, Inc.  However, if you aren’t completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return non-sale items up to 14 days from the shipping date for a refund with original receipt (less shipping costs).  Please email us at CustomerService@InspiredSolutionsMedical.com or call us at 509-838-1228. 

Returned merchandise received within 14 days from the ship date of your order, that has not been used, worn, washed or altered, and has the original tags attached, is in its original packaging & condition and accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, will be refunded to your credit card for the full amount paid, excluding shipping, costs, and minus a restocking fee ($2.50 or 5% of your purchase, whichever is greater).  (We will waive the restocking fee it you choose to return for store credit!!!)  If your Return Merchandise is received by us more than 14 days from original shipping date you will receive an Inspired Solutions, Inc. in store/web store credit which never expires.  Merchandise returned more than 30 days after shipping will be credited at the lowest sale price.

As much as we want to ensure your satisfaction, Inspired Solutions, Inc. is not responsible for damages that might occur during normal care of any item, such as dry cleaning or washing.  Inspired Solutions, Inc. is not responsible for the fit of an item beyond the 14-day return policy.  If an item doesn’t fit, make sure to return or exchange it according to our return policy.  Please be sure to read our sizing charts before making your purchase.  We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return of any item that appears to have been used, worn, or washed prior to return.

Final Sales Items

We’re sorry, but for hygienic reasons, we can’t accept returns on: undergarments, skin care, personal use products such as baby bottles, breast pumps, breast pump parts or accessories, breast pads, and bathing suits. 

Also, all sale, customized, special order, furniture, and drop-shipped purchases are FINAL SALES (no returns).

Out-of-Stock Items:

We try our best to keep the website up-to-date; however, sometimes certain items sell out before we are able to update the site.  In the event of that happening, we will contact you by phone or email to let you know that the item is out of stock and when we are expecting a new shipment.
